San
Francisco Bay Area soprano, Kenya Moses, has been studying and
performing classical repertoire for over 15 years. She has performed as an opera chorus member with opera
companies throughout California, solo oratorio with a variety of organizations, as well as early/period music. Kenya's goal is to begin working with opera companies as a principal in the year 2010.
Operatic roles which Kenya has studied include Despina
(Cosi fan Tutte), Zerlina (Don Giovanni) and Susanna (Le Nozze di
Figaro). Currently she is studying the role of Amor (Orfeo ed
Euridice/Orpheo et Euridice) and Marguerite (Faust).
In addition to Kenya's career as a classical singer, she is also an
accomplished professional dancer, fitness consultant and author.
